We're looking for a Junior Audio Editor to join the SLATE + ASH team at our Bristol studio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow within a cutting-edge audio software environment. You'll be part of a small, focused team shaping sound design content from the ground up — editing, organising, and preparing sonic material for experimental instruments used by composers and producers around the world.

SALARY → £100 per day with potential to increase with experience

JOB TYPE → Part time (3 days a week with potential to increase)

LOCATION → Bristol

→ Detailed audio editing and sample preparation

→ Assist with sample library production, including Kontakt mapping

→ Manage and organise audio assets

→ Support in recording sessions (engineering assistance, managing takes)

→ Ad-hoc tasks as required (from session setup to grabbing coffees)

→ Editing skills in Pro Tools and/or other DAWs

→ Great ear for music production

→ Enthusiasm for music production, sound design, or composition

→ Highly organised and detail-oriented

→ Diligent, responsive and proactive in managing tasks

→ Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities

→ Comfortable working both independently and as part of a creative team
