We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video and audio content that showcases our products. You will create both long-form and short-form videos, including detailed product walkthroughs, audio demos, and engaging social media content. Your work will involve exploring creative uses of SLATE + ASH instruments in various music production scenarios and explaining technical workflows to help users understand and utilize our products effectively. Your work will help visually communicate the aesthetic and capabilities of our instruments to a wide audience.

PRIMARY TASKS
PRODUCT VIDEOS → Produce detailed, long-form product walkthroughs and audio demonstration videos.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT → Create engaging, short-form instrument exploration and demo videos tailored for social media platforms.
REQUIRED SKILLS
MUSIC PRODUCTION → Extensive experience in music production, sound design, and synthesis. Proficiency with DAWs such as Logic Pro and Ableton Live.
SCRIPTWRITING → Ability to translate video concepts and briefs into compelling and engaging scripts for promotional and demo videos.
TECHNICAL VIDEO SKILLS → Familiarity with video production software including OBS, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro, as well as a reasonable understanding of camera equipment and video recording techniques.
INTEREST IN EXPERIMENTAL MUSIC → A broad and eclectic taste in music, with a strong interest in contemporary and experimental genres.
AESTHETIC + BRAND UNDERSTANDING → A keen awareness of the SLATE + ASH artistic aesthetic and the ability to translate this into visually compelling product videos.
BONUS SKILLS
PRESENTATION SKILLS → Ability to add voiceover to the videos, enhancing the engagement of the content.
MUSICAL PERFORMANCE → A good level of musical performance, enabling the demonstration of instruments in a live or recorded setting.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT → Experience managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
