SOUND OVERFLOWS FORM
HYPEROBJECTS is a collection of shifting sonic mass.
Built for interactive performance, it comprises 81 multi-layered patches built around performative depth. Each patch has its own mod wheel behaviour, fundamental to its sound. Alongside this, the source material is laid out across 100 additional presets inside our malleable COLOURS engine, where it can be broken apart and sound-designed further.
FRAGMENTS OF MASS
Recorded at our Bristol studio, the source material for HYPEROBJECTS spans a wide spectrum of acoustic and synthesised sound: strings, synths, winds, field recordings, and processed acoustic instruments.
Each sound is designed to adhere to the hands that shape it — viscous, reactive, and never inert. Every recording is a fragment of something vastly larger, waiting to be reshaped through physical performance.

RESHAPED BY TOUCH
HYPEROBJECTS is designed around expression, treating performance as a physical restructuring of sound.
Every expression destination is accessible from a standard controller: mod wheel, aftertouch, CC automation, or per-note data drawn into the DAW piano roll. On an MPE surface, expression becomes polyphonic. Every note carries its own movement — shaped independently as a chord is held.
A LIBRARY OF BEHAVIOURS
Each HYPEROBJECTS patch arrives as a complete compositional element: dense, immediate, and ready to inhabit a mix.
The range spans low atmospheres that drift under sustained pressure, rhythmic foundations that respond to the rate of performance, and harmonic masses that shift under their own weight. Small adjustments to the layer balance produce large changes in character. The same patch can move from a slow tonal bed into a dense, evolving expanse, all from the keys themselves.

Each HYPEROBJECTS patch holds up to five simultaneous layers, each with independent level control. Adjusting the balance between them reshapes the character of the sound without loading new material: a filtered harmonic made prominent, a sub-weight pulled back, a transient edge brought forward.

HYPEROBJECTS inherits its architecture from AURAS and pushes the gesture outward.
AURAS captures intimate, tactile sound; HYPEROBJECTS treats sound as an interactive field. Played
together they cover the full width of an expressive MPE library. The bundle is how we recommend
entering the ecosystem.
